Notice - Tax Auction

While there is no tentative date for the next auction, research and prerequisite steps have begun.

Impending Power to Sell notices for parcels that defaulted July 1, 2018 or July 1, 2019 were mailed February 23, 2024.

If these parcels are not redeemed or have a payment plan initiated by June 28, 2024, Power to Sell documents will be recorded July 1, 2024 and they will be eligible for sale.

Additional auction details and default properties will be brought forward as soon as soon as possible.
