The County of Mendocino is pleased to announce the implementation of Planet Bid System™, a fully automated web-based vendor and bid management system. This system will make doing business with the County of Mendocino easier by providing vendors up-to-date information regarding bid requests.

Workshops to Support County Job Seekers

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to contract with workshop providers on behalf of Mendocino County’s California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) Job Services. Workshops will help prepare job seekers for permanent employment and achieve self-sufficiency.
The purpose of the RFP is to obtain bids for workshops that aid individuals seeking permanent employment.

Vendors must submit five (5) copies of their proposal: four (4) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on CD. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 032-22”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. June 17, 2022 to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted. It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.
