Extreme heat can cause serious health-related problems so it’s key to recognize a heat-related emergency and treat it before it becomes life-threatening. Signs of Heat Exhaustion include Dizziness, Thirst, Heavy Sweating, Nausea, and Weakness.  Signs of Heat Stroke include Confusion, Dizziness, and Becoming Unconscious. If you or someone you know is suffering from heat-related illness move to a cooler area, remove excess layers of clothing, drink some water, and seek medical attention.
