NEA Big Read “Pretty Monsters” Art and Short Story Contest

The Mendocino County Library in partnership with the Arts Council of Mendocino County is pleased to announce the NEA Big Read Pretty Monsters Art and Short Story Contest. This contest celebrates the Big Read through the interpretation and inspiration of Kelly Link’s short story collection, Pretty Monsters.

The competition is open to Mendocino County residents aged 15 years old and up. Submissions are due by November 2nd and can be turned in at all County Library branches (707-234-2872), at the Mendocino County Museum in Willits, and at the Arts Council of Mendocino County (707-463-2727).
