Making Space for a Changing Mind; An Art Exhibit
Friday, March 3rd from 5-7 PM
The Ukiah Library staff invite the community to join us for Art Walk Ukiah on Friday, March 3rd from 5-7 pm. Come enjoy an exhibit by local artist Michael Eich, titled “Making Space for a Changing Mind; an Art Exhibit.” Mr. Michael Eich makes space for painting, colors might initiate a storyline, including texturing, scrapping, collaging, and scribbling. He likes the idea of oneness, of time out, of a changing mindset, as seen in his artwork.
The Ukiah Branch Library will be hosting live music in partnership with Mendocino College by the cast of musical “Once”. Collage, painting and card materials will be available for in-person crafting or as a Take & Make. Enjoy a book sale by the Ukiah Valley Friends of the Library as you browse the Art Walk.
This exhibit is free to the public, open to all ages, and sponsored by the Ukiah Valley Friends of the Library and Mendocino County Library.

Haciendo Espacio Para Cambiar Su Pensar; Exibit de Arte

El personal de la Biblioteca de Ukiah esta invitando a la comunidad a que se unan al paseo de art eel Viernes, 3 de Marzo de las 5-7 p.m. Venga a disfrute el exibit del artista local Michael Eich, titulado “Haciendo Espacio Para Cambiar Su Pensar.” El Sr. Michael Eich usa espacio para pintar con colores que quizas inician una historia, incluyendo textura, desguace de metals, collages y garabatos. Sus ideas son unicas, fuera de tiempo, cambiar la mentalidad se ve plasmada en su trabajo.
La Biblioteca succursal de Ukiah tendra musicae n vivo. La Biblioteca asociada con El Coegio de Mendocino, traen a el elenco musical “Once”. Colages, pinturas y tarjetas sera el material que estara disponible para que las personas presents hagan arte (take and make) y se lo lleven. Disfrute la venta de libros de los Amigos de el Valle de Ukiah y de la Biblioteca cuando pase viendo el Arte.
Esta exhibit es gratis para el publico, abierto a todas las edades y patrocinada por los Amigos del Valle de Ukiah y la Biblioteca del Condado de Mendocino.
