This form can be used to report abandoned vehicles to Code Enforcement. PLEASE NOTE that Code Enforcement can only remove vehicles that have been abandoned on public County roads or on public property. Vehicles on private property, private roads or private easements are NOT eligible for removal under the AVA Program. Also, please note that OCCUPIED vehicles are NOT eligible for removal under terms of this program, even if they are in the public right of way.

(Code Enforcement reserves the right to exercise discretion on the final determination whether a vehicle qualifies for the AVA Program or not)
