Due to the COVID-19 health emergency, Planning & Building Services will be conducting all public hearings and meetings via telemeeting software. As a result, the public cannot participate in person. However, public engagement is still encouraged. If the public wishes to speak during public comment, they may do so by calling in to the Zoom meeting. The filling out of this form is required in order to do so. Please be sure to fill out whether you are speaking under "Matters from the Public" or on a specific agenda item (and which item that is). Please also specify at which Hearing Body or meeting you wish to speak.

 

You will receive instruction on how to call into the meeting after your form has been reviewed.

 

All comment requests must be received before 7:00 a.m. the day of the meeting, or they will not be processed in time to speak.
