Eating more nutrient-rich and less nutrient-deficient food increases energy, lifts mood, and sharpens focus... while enhancing well-being and helping you thrive.  Nourish helps build and reinforce healthy eating, sleep, exercise, and mindfulness habits — leading to the healthiest you. 

Each healthy habit you record contributes to growing a virtual plant bearing vegetables, fruit, or grains from around the world.  Aim for at least 5 virtual plants a week to reveal delicious, healthy recipes featuring the ingredients you’ve grown. 

Participate by yourself or on a team for added accountability… the choice is yours!   Participants who grow 20 virtual plants during the 6-week challenge earn 4,000 Incentive points.

ITS EASY!!  You can participate from your desktop or mobile device.  Delicious recipes, inspiring articles, interactive message board, motivating daily emails, and more help keep you motivated.

TEAM OPTION! During Nourish, you can participate by yourself or on a team of 3-8 people.  Team participation makes Nourish even more fun and effective. Scores are an average of the team’s total points and Thrive Thursday challenges. Each person's individual contribution affects the team score.

WHO CAN PLAY?  All employees are invited to take advantage of Wellness benefits and activities; however, Incentive Program Rewards are only available to employees covered on the County health plan. Spouses/domestic partners of employees on the County health plan are also eligible to participate in wellness activities.

WIN PRIZES! There will be a prize drawing at the conclusion of the challenge for those who actively participate each week!  

TEAM PRIZE!  In this friendly throw-down, teams challenge each other to see who can top the leaderboard -- the team that tops the leaderboard will receive a special prize.
