Mendocino County offices are open tomorrow and County services will be available. The County’s hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. All emergency services will continue to be provided 24 hours a day. In the event of a prolonged power outage some County facilities may be without power. The County will notify the community of any potential service changes or re-direction of services to other locations should they occur.

The Mendocino County Executive Office continues to receive complaint calls from members of the public. With that, we created a complaint line to report issues to County Administration, examples of problems created by PSPS, etc. You can report issues 24/7, but this is only an Executive Office complaint line, no criminal reporting or urgent medical events will receive a response from this line.

The Mendocino County PSPS complaint line is (707)-234-6300. Please allow 48 hours for response.

Community Resource Centers:

PG&E Community Resource Center (CRC) – 1775 N State St, Ukiah CA 95482 (anticipated to open at 8:00 am on 10/27)

PG&E Community Resource Center (CRC) – 10151 Main Street, Potter Valley, CA 95469 (anticipated to open at 8:00 am on 10/27)

*A CRC was anticipated to be open at the CV Starr Center in Fort Bragg, but it never materialized.
