Project Summary

Mendocino County Department of Transportation requires the services of a Professional Engineering firm to provide civil engineering, environmental and project management services for a federally funded Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Project. Work Scope Part No. 1 is for inundation map preparation pursuant to recent Division of Safety of Dams regulations and risk reduction recommendations. Work Scope Part No. 2 is for Emergency Action Plan preparation pursuant to recent Governor's Office of Emergency Services procedures.

RFP Submission Information

Consultants must submit 3 copies of their proposal with original Consultant signature. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this Request for Proposal. Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this Request for Proposal. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked "Mendocino County Dam Inundation Mapping Project", and delivered to; Attn: Howard Dashiell; Director of Transportation, Engineering; Mendocino County Department of Transportation; 340 Lake Mendocino Drive; Ukiah, CA 95482-9432.
