Yokayo Building Temporary Fencing Installed for Building Repairs

Post Date:02/08/2018 5:05 PM
Mendocino County installed temporary fencing in front of the Health and Human Services Agency’s Yokayo building located at 747 South State Street in Ukiah.

The County has confirmed structural issues with the front stucco and awning that pose a Health and Safety hazard to the public. To ensure the public is safe while accessing the building, the County has placed temporary fencing around the areas that will require repairs. Preliminary work on the building is anticipated to begin the week of February 12, 2018. The fencing will remain in place until construction is complete.

The Yokayo building will remain open to the public during the repair project. The public will be able to access the building by using the pathways at the entrances to the building.
